Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

1. Service Tiers & Priority

Turbo Model (🏎️): Provides absolute first priority. Orders are processed immediately upon receipt, skipping any existing standard queues.
Regular Model (📅): Standard first-come, first-served processing. Orders are handled sequentially after any pending Turbo orders are fulfilled.
Flex Model (🐢): Scheduled pickup. Users select a specific date and time, and the shop ensures readiness by the requested slot.
Service Fees: Convenience fees are applied per order based on the selected urgency tier and are non-refundable once printing has commenced.

Escrow System: Payments made via the app are held in a secure escrow until the shop completes the printing process.
UTR Verification: For manual payments, users must provide a valid Transaction ID (UTR). Layered anti-fraud systems track and deduplicate these IDs.
Fraud Penalty: Attempting to use a duplicate or fake UTR will result in an immediate Trust Score deduction. If a Trust Score reaches 0, the account is permanently locked.

Processing: Documents are automatically processed for page counting and formatting consistency (PDF preferred) to ensure print accuracy.
Manual Burn: Users can physically trigger the deletion of their documents from the shop's local system and our servers immediately after pickup.
Auto-Purge: Documents not manually burned are systemically deleted after a maximum retention period of 48 hours to ensure campus privacy.
Data Integrity: We do not store or use your academic documents for any purpose other than facilitating your specific print request.

Trust Score: Every user maintains a Trust Score based on payment history and order reliability. High cancellation rates may lead to service restrictions.
Intellectual Property: Users represent that they have the right to print the documents uploaded and that such materials do not violate university policies or copyright laws.
