Legal and operational frameworks governing the Achigo Xerox Ecosystem. By using the platform, you agree to the protocols below.

011. The Achigo Xerox Framework

Priority Hierarchy: Users select between Turbo (Priority #1 - Skip Queue), Regular (Standard Sequential), or Flex (Eco-Scheduled) tiers. Priority scores are dynamically assigned to manage shop throughput.
Pickup Tokens: Every successful transaction generates a unique Alpha-Numeric Token (e.g., #AX-402). This token acts as your physical key for order collection; no token, no pickup.
Document Standards: We strictly support PDF, Images, and Word formats. To ensure font and layout integrity, PDF is the recommended standard for all professional printing.

Dynamic Integrity: Every user account is governed by a Trust Score (0-100). This score dictates your access to premium features and manual payment methods.
Earning Points: Gain +3 points for every successfully completed and collected order. Gain +1 point for every verified direct UPI transaction.
Score Reductions: Points are deducted for negative system interactions: Cancellation (Pending: -2, Accepted: -5), Payment Disputes (-15), or UTR Verification Failures.
Gatekeeping: If your score falls below the 'Manual Payment Threshold', you will be restricted to Secure Gateway Payments only. A score of 0 results in a systemic account lock.

Escrow Protection: Achigo employs a systemic escrow. Platform fees are deducted from your wallet, while printing costs are paid directly to the shop. Funds are 'settled' upon pickup.
UTR Lock: Submitting a Transaction ID (UTR) is a legal declaration of payment. Our system employs a Deduplication Lock to detect and penalize 'Spoofed' or 'Duplicate' UTR entries instantly.
Platform Fees: Non-refundable service fees are applied to facilitate secure document transit and priority routing. We employ Volume Scaling: the full fee applies to the first document, while every additional document in the same order is charged at a 50% discounted platform rate.

The 10-Minute Window: You may cancel for a full refund within 10 minutes of order placement, provided the shop has not yet consumed resources.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations after 10 minutes incur a 10% 'Merchant Resource Fee' to compensate the shop for preparation time.
Irreversible State: Once an order moves to 'PRINTING' or 'IN_PROGRESS', cancellation is systemically blocked as physical materials (ink/paper) have been consumed.

Manual Burn: Users can trigger a 'Manual Burn' immediately after collection to wipe their documents from our cloud and the merchant's dashboard.
Auto-Purge: Documents are systemically and permanently deleted after a maximum of 24 hours to maintain campus-wide data integrity.
Zero-Retention Policy: We do not store, index, or analyze document content for any purpose other than the requested printing service.
